Tableforge is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to upload PDF documents containing tabular data and convert such data into editable spreadsheet formats, including Excel (.xlsx).

The Service is provided on a paid basis through subscriptions, credit-based usage, or one-time purchases.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

5. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the applicable renewal date.

6. Credits

Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire according to the applicable plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload content for which you lack sufficient rights or authorization
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic

8. User Content and File Processing

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billy Patrick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
